First things first, It´s easy to make Curry like a Pro.

We´ve listed a few tips to make as fantastic of a curry as possible. The first super pro tip is to use store bought Thai curry paste as it gives great authentic Thai taste and the dish becomes so much easier to make. Genius! Make sure to buy a curry paste from a real Thai brand like AROY-D.

Massaman Curry

Massaman has a Malay influence on the curry and therefore has a lot more spices than we are accustomed to. We add a lot of vegetables to the curry and serve it over rice. The curry gets even better the next day when the spices have had time to sit and get a deeper flavour. Add tofu for variation, but don´t forget to fry it first to give it better texture.
